Brought to life by Concept Chef Werner Seebach and Head Chef Giordano Gianforchetti, the menu is bursting with dim sum, sashimi, yakitori & more, with speciality tasting menus as well as a whole host of signatures and seasonal specials that take guests on a culinary journey through modern Asian cuisine.
Available every Sunday, YEZI’s Yum Cha Brunch in Rome features handcrafted dim sum, contemporary Asian dishes and an unlimited wine flow, creating one of the city’s most distinctive brunch experiences.
The Bar
Curated by our visionary Groups Bars Manager, Alessandro Mannello, and Head of Mixology, Gianluca Mantovani, each cocktail is inspired by the journeys, flavours and traditions that shaped Rome, blending ingredients and influences from across ancient trade routes. From aromatic spices to refined regional ingredients, every drink tells a story, where history is poured into every glass.
Throughout the day, guests and visitors can enjoy the Hotel Bar from 11:00 to 18:00, serving a selection of Italian, Roman and international favourites in a relaxed and art-inspired setting. As the evening unfolds, YEZI Bar & Terrace comes to life with bold Pan-Asian flavours, signature cocktails and vibrant social dining experiences.
Join us for our €18 Aperitivo Box from 18:00 to 20:00, before dinner at YEZI Restaurant & Bar, open Tuesday to Saturday evenings. DJ sets take place every Friday and Saturday from 20:00 until late.
The Terrace
This beautiful large ground floor terrace designed by Pietro Ruffo is open all day for lunch, aperitivo & dinner, ideal for basking in year-round sunshine where the azulejos represent the sky above Rome.
