DIALOGHI DI VINO X YEZI
The first chapter will take place on Thursday, May 14th with “Metodo e Terroir: anatomia della bolla”, an immersive exploration of the sensory and cultural language of sparkling wines.
From production techniques to altitude, and through some of the most iconic terroirs, the experience traces the elements that shape the identity of each sparkling wine. The journey begins with the immediate freshness of the Charmat Method, before moving into the complexity and elegance of the Traditional Method, explored through both Italian and French interpretations. A journey that reveals how grape variety, climate and territory shape a wine long before technique comes into play.
The tasting will feature five carefully selected labels, paired with a curated selection of YEZI bites, designed to enhance aromas, textures and nuances of flavour.
