Dim Sum Masterclass
YEZI invites you to participate in a special masterclass dedicated to dim sum, one of the most iconic dishes on our menu: a tradition that captures the soul of Asia.
Our chef Giordano Gianforchetti will guide you through the preparation, from the dough to the filling, and the perfect techniques for folding the dumplings. An enjoyable and creative experience, where you can cook, sip a drink, and discover the secrets of one of YEZI’s most beloved dishes. At the end, we’ll all enjoy the dim sum we’ve prepared together.
