Dim-Sum Masterclass
YEZI invites you to experience a touch of festive magic with your hands in the dough. Join us for a masterclass dedicated to dim sum – one of the signature dishes on our menu and a small treasure of flavour that captures the soul of Asian tradition.
Our chef, Giordano Gianforchetti, will guide you through each step of the preparation: from making the dough and fillings to mastering the perfect folding technique. It’s a convivial and creative experience where you can cook, enjoy a drink, and uncover the secrets behind one of our most beloved dishes. At the end, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the dim sum we’ve prepared.
