From 17 February to 3 March 2026, to celebrate Chinese New Year and the start of the Year of the Horse, YEZI presents a celebratory program of events, including a special Chinese New Year menu, a Dim Sum Masterclass you don’t want to miss and, inspired by ancient traditions, as a symbol of luck and prosperity all diners visiting us until 3rd March will receive a mysterious red envelope with their bill. Inside each envelope is a small gift to be redeemed during the Chinese New Year period — a gesture of good fortune and an invitation to return and celebrate the new year together. Special Menu
Alongside the A la carte selection, YEZI introduces a luxurious Chinese New Year Special Menu. With ingredients linked to prosperity, abundance and good fortune, the menu is interpreted through a contemporary culinary lens while remaining rooted in tradition. A tasting journey that celebrates food as a ritual of reunion and celebration.

Dim Sum Masterclass
One of the highlights of the program is a Dim Sum Masterclass dedicated to the art of dumpling-making — a gesture that in Chinese culture represents craftsmanship, sharing and togetherness. Join Head Chef Giordano Gianforchetti and team to discover traditional techniques, the ritual of preparation, the convivial spirit of cooking together and uncover the secrets behind one of our most beloved dishes. It’s a lively and creative experience where you can cook, enjoy a drink, and at the end, we’ll sit down together to enjoy the dim sum we’ve prepared.
