YEZI Presents: Chef & Guest Ep.2
Each month, YEZI opens the doors of its kitchen to a guest chef from another Roman gastronomic establishment, creating a four-handed dinner where creativity takes centre stage.
The star of this second chapter is Luciano Monosilio, known as the King of Carbonara and chef of the renowned restaurant LUCIANO Cucina Italiana. Together with resident chef Giordano Gianforchetti, he will craft an exclusive four-hands menu, blending the bold flavors of Roman tradition with the elegance and freshness of YEZI’s pan-Asian style.
Each chef will create four dishes for a tasting menu unlike any other!
