YEZI Presents: Chef & Guest
A monthly event celebrating the meeting of cuisines, visions, and talents.
Each month, YEZI opens the doors of its kitchen to a guest chef from another Roman gastronomic establishment, creating a four-handed dinner where creativity takes centre stage. Two chefs, two styles, two culinary worlds intertwine to craft a unique and unrepeatable menu designed exclusively for the evening.
It’s an opportunity to discover new influences, savour surprising dishes, and experience the energy of a collaboration born out of respect and passion for the art of cooking.
The first event kicks off with a special guest: Stefano Marzetti, chef at the renowned Mirabelle restaurant at the Hotel Splendide Royal — an icon of Roman fine dining. Together with the YEZI team, Marzetti will bring his elegant and refined signature style to the table in a creative dialogue between contemporary Asian cuisine and Mediterranean haute cuisine. Each chef will present four dishes, coming together in a one-of-a-kind tasting menu never seen before. Limited places – Reservations recommended.
