Dive into the world of authentic Asian cuisine with exclusive Dim Sum workshops at YEZI Zagreb!

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Dino Knežević and his expert culinary team, learn how to prepare the most famous dim sum specialties and experience a unique culinary adventure in the very heart of Zagreb.

What to expect?

🍹 Welcome drink

👨‍🍳 Preparation and tasting of three authentic dishes:

• Har Gao – traditional steamed dim sum with shrimp

• Siu Mai – dumplings with a thin dough wrapper, filled with a mixture of minced meat, shrimp, and spices

• Sesame Prawn Toast – fried toast with shrimp paste and sesame, crispy and aromatic

📜 Detailed recipes for each participant, to recreate the dishes at home.

The workshops are held every Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, for a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring an interactive and personalized atmosphere.
