Kids’ Gingerbread Lab

The art gallery at art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio transforms into a creative workshop where children become little artists of taste.

The Gingerbread Laboratory is an event designed to spark imagination and develop manual skills. Guided by our expert chefs, the little ones will prepare classic Christmas gingerbread biscuits using fragrant doughs, festive spices, and colourful decorations, while a dedicated entertainer fills the gallery with laughter, care, and creativity. At the end of the workshop, the young chefs will enjoy a VIP lunch prepared especially for them.

Meanwhile, adults can savour a moment of well-deserved relaxation upstairs with the YEZI Yum Cha Brunch – a gastronomic experience that celebrates the Chinese tea tradition. Enjoy an endless selection of dim sum and appetisers, a main course, and dessert for €45 per person (drinks not included). A refined and convivial afternoon, perfect for a festive Sunday.
