The first chapter takes place on Thursday, May 14, with
“Method and Terroir: Anatomy of the Bubble”, an immersive exploration of the sensory and cultural language of sparkling wines. From production techniques to altitude and iconic terroirs, the experience traces the elements that give each bubble its identity. The journey begins with the vibrant immediacy of the Charmat Method, before moving into the depth and refinement of the Classic Method, across both Italian and French expressions. Along the way, we’ll discover how grape variety, climate and terroir shape a wine long before technique comes into play.
The tasting features five selected wines, paired with a curated selection of YEZI bites, thoughtfully designed to enhance aromas, textures and nuanced flavours.
